Aleksandra Soldatova valmistumist uueks hooajaks!
The world rhythmic gymnastics champion, Aleksandra Soldatova, will show one of the new programs to music that she chose herself – the coach of a sportswoman, Anna Djachenko, said.
During the last season Aleksadra Soldatova achieved one gold and two silver medals at the World Championships in Stuttgart. “We prepared programs but the process isn’t finished yet. It will continue even after the first starts. There are a lot of new elements with an apparatus but I still don’t know which of them will be left. Some of them are really complicated. Will Aleksandra manage to prepare them properly for a month and a half? A new exercise is more difficult to accomplish than three previous ones but we still have time to master them. The programs were made up by Lucy Dimitrova under the control of Irina Viner-Usmanova, the head coach of the Russian team. What compositions do we have? Let it be a surprise! But there is a melody to which Aleksandra had always wanted to perform and Aleksandra Usmanova-Viner permitted her to choose it for her performance,” – Anna Djachenko told over the phone.
She noted that Aleksandra Soldatova rested for a very insignificant period of time after the season was over. “There were several gymnastics demonstrations during the season, it was a tense time. Aleksandra replaced Yana Kudryavtseva, who was injured, at two starts. Besides, we couldn’t decline the previously planned performances. It was a lesson for me and for her. Autumn shouldn’t be so intense. We will think everything over more thoroughly. Of course, she had some rest but we wanted her to rest more. We will hope that her young organism will manage to recover and that she will have enough emotions outside the sport gym to perform well during the whole season,” – the coach noted.
“The period now is very complicated. Each training is done over enormous effort. We hope that it will make her stronger. Her passing period from childhood to adolescence is almost over. Our first performance is planned to be in championship in Kazan. I think we’ll start with it. And then we’ll go to Grand Prix in Moscow,” – Djachenko added.
